Launched in February 2022, HM FOUNDATION is a Non-profit organization, impacting the lives of thousands of people every year. Himayat Ali Mirza launched the foundation with the aim to help people who are in need of medical help and assistance. Through this foundation, people who cannot afford their medications & necessities are reached & aided. The foundation helps them by paying their medical bills, providing them with their basic needs, and not sending money directly to them.

The foundation assures the individuals' authenticity to avoid fraud and help those in need. The Foundation came into existence with the motto of betterment and welfare of society after the COVID-19 pandemic. A large number of people died globally during the pandemic, leaving others impoverished and hapless. As per the statistics, more than ten million people are still at risk of falling into extreme poverty. Himayat, seeing the condition of people during the pandemic, decided to help them out with his generosity, which resulted in the establishment of the HM FOUNDATION.

Till date more than 10,000 + people have been impacted directly or indirectly through HM FOUNDATION. The aim of the foundation is to reach maximum people who cannot avail themselves of basic amenities or are either struggling with the medical expenses.

Himayat wants to help people with his personal funds out of consciousness and generosity. He has always been an enthusiast in assisting people personally or through other organizations. He has pledged not to accept any financial help or donations for his organization HM FOUNDATION but people willing to volunteer for the noble cause are welcomed.
